Terms of Participation

Every player and his/her parent or guardian (if the player is under 16) must read and execute this Waiver Form. Signatures on the registration form signify each person has read, understands and abides by this information. Inconsideration of the right and opportunity to participate in the Hoops for Hope Tournament, the undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows: The undersigned hereby consents to the use, without compensation, of his/her name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or voice in publicity and advertising concerning Hoops for Hope, any Hoops for Hope sponsors and/or their promotion in any and all media and throughout the world. In addition, the undersigned forever generally and completely releases and discharges Hoops for Hope, and all Hoops for Hope sponsors and charities and each of their agents, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, insurers, servants, agents, parents, divisions, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, and representatives (referred to herein as "Event Organizers") of and from any and all claims and demands of every kind and nature, for damages, actual and consequential, past, present, and future, arising out of or in any way related to the Hoops for Hope event, any publicity relating to theHoops fro Hope event, any prizes awarded, and any loss of collegiate or high school eligibility. as a result of the undersigned's participation in the Hoops for Hope event. Before registering, all players should contact their coach or athletic director and ask how your eligibility would be affected, if at all, by registering for Hoops for hope . This general release shall apply to all unknown, unanticipated, unsuspected, and undisclosed claims, demands, liabilities, actions or causes of actions, in law, equity or otherwise. This Waiver Form shall bind the heirs, personal representatives, and successors of the undersigned, and inure to the benefit of the Event Organizers.
